Hi! I'm Jill Jordan. I love that you are here! It has been my life's work to connect people and share love, skills and experiences to make the world a better place! I believe, together, we can do anything. :)


I am a sound and energy alchemist. What's that? Well it means I help create transformation with my skills as a certified sound practitioner, Reiki master, metaphysical practitioner, life coach, author, producer and artist. I am also an animal lover, Earth lover and human lover. I believe we can all coexist in peace. I am hear to provide pathways to do that for all.


I have always been sensitive to sound and energy since I was a little girl. So many of us are sensitive. Our sensitivities can be something that brings us together or sometimes it can drive us apart. I have found ways to improve our connections and enhance our ability to self-sooth, be more self-aware and use our sensitivities to make our lives better in many ways so we can live a sound life.


What is Sound Living?


Sound living means living your best life! It means living a life feeling whole, complete and healthy. It's about following your passion, feeling stable, vibrant and safe in your body, as well as in your relationships and in your life. It is also about sound healing, which I'll get to soon.


The definitions of "sound" 🔊

  1. An auditory impression, the sensation perceived by the sense of hearing,​ radiant energy that is transmitted by waves. Ex: I hear a sound.

  2. Free from injury or disease. Ex: Of sound mind.

  3. Solid. Ex: Sound construction.

  4. Stable. Ex: A sound economy.

  5. Free from error, fallacy, or misapprehension. EX: Sound advice. or Sound reasoning.

  6. Thorough. Ex: A sound recovery

To live a sound life, you are:

  • Living in a healthy body.

  • Feeling stable and balanced in your body and mind.

  • Feeling solid and strong in your body, mind, relationships and in your choices.

  • Living your truth and being honest with yourself and others.

  • Feeling thorough and complete as though you are living your fullest potential and experiencing the details of your journey.

  • Understanding that everything is energy. All is frequency. And frequency affects frequency.

  • Using sound, energy and frequency to help you attain all of the above.


What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is the use of various instruments like singing bowls, tuning forks, the voice, drums and rattles to stimulate healing and relaxation in the body. Sound Healing is also called a sound bath because you are surrounded by various harmonic sounds all around your body.


Sound healing is 'medicine' of frequency bringing balance to the body, mind and inner self. Every bone, muscle, organ, and cell in the body has its own resonant frequency or balanced state of being. Together they make up a composite frequency, similar to the instruments of an orchestra. When one instrument is out of tune, it affects the whole orchestra and symphony. When something in our body is out of tune, it’s going to affect our body, our minds, emotions and sometimes the things we want to do.


Sound sessions can improve our lives in many ways. Each blog will have some information about this topic as well as upcoming events and other fun things to bring joy to your life.

If not, here are some ways that sound healing can improve your life and get you to start answering "yes" to all of the above.

Quick ways to kick-start a sound life 🚀

  • Listen to music that makes you relax (ex: instrumental, reiki music, crystal bowls - try this 6min session)

  • Listen to music that makes you happy (create a playlist only of songs that make you feel happy!)

  • Spend time in nature. Listen to the sounds of nature. Research suggests listening to nature sounds has a positive impact on well-being, reduces stress and pain, improve cognitive function and mood, and much more.

  • Spend a few minutes humming. Humming is a sound that creates a vibration in the body and has been shown to improve mood, stimulate relaxation, decrease pain and increase endorphins (those feel good hormones)
